Inspecting Homes for 20 Years
Patriot Home Inspections is owned and operated by inspector Paulo Pellerito. After working over 17 years in the construction and maintenance industries, Paulo decided to use his extensive knowledge of homes to pursue a fulfilling career as a home inspector. He has worked as an inspector now for over 20 years and has completed over 4,000 home inspections for his satisfied clients. There is nothing Paulo loves more than helping home buyers make wise decisions about their investments by offering them his own knowledge and understanding of home purchase, repair, and maintenance. Outside of his career, Paulo enjoys coaching baseball, boxing, reading, and spending quality time with his children.
Background in Construction and Maintenance
Paulo developed a comprehensive understanding of homes and their systems and components long before pursuing a career in home inspection. He worked in the construction industry for 10 years, learning everything there is to learn about homes from top to bottom and putting this knowledge to use every day. Additionally, he spent 7 years doing maintenance on apartments and condos, learning exactly how to find the issues in a building that can be hard to diagnose and what it takes to repair them effectively. These skills come in handy during Paulo’s home inspections, and he is happy to go the extra mile to help his clients understand one of the largest and most important purchases they’ll ever make.
Credentials
Paulo is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and maintains his education through their widely respected training courses and informational resources. Additionally, he holds a Michigan Builders License #2101181468.
